Prism Venture Partners, LLC – Prism was established by Richard Sabella and Peter Paganelli in 2001 to pursue opportunistic real estate strategies in the income producing, net lease, development and structured finance sectors. The partners have been involved with real estate investment since the early 1980s. From the time of its inception, Prism has completed over $500 million of transactions as a principal. Currently, Prism’s principal investment activities are focused in the residential / leisure development arena in New York, South Florida and the Bahamas. It has 11 projects that are either in process or recently completed, most notably, The Preserves at Martin Arbors, an 1,100 acre, 47 lot luxury estate under development in Martin County and The Meadows, a proposed, 123 acre, 500+ single and multi-family residential development in St. Lucie County. Prism operates from offices in Jupiter, Florida and Midtown Manhattan.

Lucido & Associates – Founded in 1988, the firm is comprised of three Florida offices, Lucido & Associates in Stuart, Thomas Lucido & Associates in Fort Pierce and Lucido & Sole Design in Orlando. They provide professional land planning and landscape architectural services to both the public and private sectors and work effectively with government officials and private citizens alike. Their detailed knowledge of new technology and the latest development trends along with local, state and federal regulations, assures cutting edge design and compliance with the latest regulatory policies.

Engineering & Water Resources - EWR is a multi-disciplinary consulting firm offering services in Civil, Environmental, Agricultural and Ocean Engineering. The water resources team specializes in developing surface water, reclaimed water and ground water supplies, and surface water runoff treatment, irrigation, drainage and water management systems. The land development team provides design, permitting and construction phase services for commercial, residential, recreation and industrial development. EWR's office is in Stuart Florida, very close to some of the fastest growing communities in Martin, St. Lucie, Okeechobee, Indian River and Palm Beach County.
